Information is one thing. However, Inspiration, the live accountability of living at your best, discovering your inner pride, strength and courage? That’s something entirely different. These emotions will drive you to apply what you learn while cross-training. Which we feel if applied consistently afterwards delivers lasting results. Cross-Training in South Texas doesn't just show "And" vs "Or" it teaches how we build it.
Programs and watching our systems live will empower you to follow through on what you learn and create unstoppable momentum. You will not simply learn; you will have the ability to see first hand what is being done. Our goal with Cross-Training is to provide live value that if applied lasts long enough till it becomes that exponential growth factor with-in your business.
Cross-Training is a system and process for South Texas. We find value in giving back and work hard to make sure everyone who visits enjoys their time and most importantly gains valuable information, skills, and the "know how" to grow their businesses post-cross training.
We offer the field trainer the option to live among the staff that all live in a large home together (Think MTV's Real World) during their stay. This usually offsets cost versus getting a hotel for the days they plan to stay. The experience tends to be more impacting when living in the same property with the people you are learning from throughout the visit. The large Cutco house has two private suites specifically made for those visiting South Texas. If all are booked at the time you are planning to visit we have multiple other Airbnb's with-in a mile distance from the large Cutco house.
The Corporation currently has multiple plates spinning producing millions in mortgage loans annually, thousands in home owner policies, and responsible for the closings of multiple commercial and residential properties in the State of Texas. South Texas is leading as the pinnacle example of what is possible when embracing "And" vs "Or" properly so our foundation (Cutco) business never slows downs or falls. Learning building foundational systems properly in your Cutco Business before adding on any other ventures is critical.
We do ask that the person staying rents the AirBnb we have available (And gives us a great 5 star review too :) - As reviews matter) This also allows for easy access to staff and transportation near our office.
* Ideal stay is for 5 days / 4 nights if schedule allows
* Transportation while staying is available at our Airbnb's
* Agenda packed with value for your future.
* While there will be food at the home we ask you be courteous and bring money for your own meals during trip. Try not to mooch on our sales reps food they may get hangry during your stay. :)
We do NOT handle your commute to get down to us in South Texas.
We can not guarantee that schedules will align perfectly for Nick Smith to visit with every person who cross-trains. While Nick is not needed for a person to cross-train and receive great value, we understand some would still prefer a day minimum to pick Nick's brain and get time. Please confirm with office of District & Division Managers schedule when visiting. Attached also is our visiting Guidebook.
We are excited of your interest to cross-train. To better prepare you to maximize the value available, Nick (DVM of STX) reviews some basic information before arrival. Before scheduling cross-training DVM approval is REQUIRED. You will need YOUR DVM to approve that they think it is a proper time for your proposed dates to come out. Once again, this is geared for AM's more than Vet DM's in the industry as our STX DM's may not be in the area on your set dates of visiting.
